1. Who operates this service

QORIENTA operates the ENTROQ Telegram Mini App. Privacy, access and deletion requests may be sent to support@qorienta.com or @ENTROQSupportBot.

2. Data we process

• Telegram account identifiers, display name, username and profile-photo URL supplied in signed Mini App data.
• Game sessions, points, attempts, laboratory progress, characters, accessories, tasks, subscriptions and eligibility records.
• Telegram Stars order references, purchase status, charge identifiers and refund status. We do not receive payment-card details.
• Public TON wallet address, network, proof-verification timestamp and optional public donation transaction information. We never request or store recovery phrases or private keys.
• Referral relationships, security-check results, rate-limit data and hashed anti-fraud signals.
• Support tickets, messages and records needed to resolve payment, security or account issues.

3. Why we process data

We process data to authenticate users, save progress, enforce attempt limits, deliver purchases, calculate referrals and Snapshot eligibility, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with law and secure the service. Optional consent is recorded where a feature requires it.

4. Sharing and public blockchain data

Data may be processed by Telegram, our hosting and database providers, TON Connect wallet providers and support infrastructure only as needed to operate the service. TON addresses and transactions are public by design and cannot be erased from the TON blockchain by QORIENTA.

5. Retention

Operational account records are retained for the season, Snapshot review and a reasonable dispute and compliance period. Payment and fraud-audit records may be retained longer where required for refunds, accounting, abuse prevention or law. Expired wallet proof challenges are removed or rendered unusable.

6. Security

Telegram Mini App data is signature-verified on the server. Wallet ownership uses short-lived, single-use TON proofs. Sensitive server operations use rate limits, human verification and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security; report suspected issues to security@qorienta.com.

7. Your choices and requests

You may disconnect a wallet, decline an optional donation, stop using the service, or request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for payments, fraud prevention, Snapshot integrity or law. Use official support and include only your public account or purchase reference—never a secret credential.

8. Children and restricted regions

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Participation may be restricted where local law, sanctions or platform rules require it.

9. Changes

Material changes will be dated and published here. When consent is required, the app will request acceptance before protected features are used.
